Registration Fees
- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
ICITCS 2027 is pleased to provide official invitation letters to registered participants who require documentation for travel planning purposes. Once your registration and payment have been confirmed, you may submit a request through the conference secretariat, and an official letter bearing the conference details will be issued within a standard processing window.
The invitation letter will include your name as registered, the conference title, dates, and location in Markham, Canada, and may be addressed to the relevant embassy or consulate upon request. We encourage delegates to apply for travel documentation well in advance of the conference dates to allow sufficient processing time through their respective immigration channels.
Please note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the ICITCS 2027 organizing committee serves solely as confirmation of your registration and acceptance to attend the conference. It does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval, as all visa and entry decisions rest entirely with the immigration authorities of Canada.
Before You Register
- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.
Call for Papers – 22nd International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science
ICITCS 2027 welcomes original, unpublished submissions from researchers and practitioners whose work advances the frontiers of information technology and computer science. We invite contributions that challenge existing paradigms, introduce novel methodologies, or present compelling empirical findings across the conference’s core subject areas.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Markham, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 22nd edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Distributed systems and edge computing, Internet of Things ecosystems or Human-computer interaction design.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
Every submission to ICITCS 2027 is evaluated through a structured double-blind peer review process, with each manuscript assessed by a minimum of two independent expert reviewers drawn from the international program committee. Reviewers evaluate contributions on the basis of originality, technical rigor, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the conference’s subject areas, ensuring the highest standards of scholarly integrity.

Best Paper Award
The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
