Registered participants who require documentation for travel purposes may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. Requests should be submitted through the designated portal on the conference website following completion of registration.
The invitation letter is intended solely to facilitate the administrative and logistical aspects of international travel, including applications for conference travel grants or institutional reimbursement approvals. The secretariat endeavors to dispatch letters within five business days of a verified request and encourages participants to allow sufficient time before any applicable visa application deadlines.
