Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration for the 22nd International Conference on African Business and Technology, participants may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This letter confirms your registration status, the dates and location of the event in Brampton, Canada, and your role, such as presenter, co-author, or general attendee, and is provided at no additional administrative charge as part of your registration.
Invitation letters are typically emailed within three to five business days of receiving a completed request and verified payment confirmation. The secretariat will issue the letter on official conference letterhead, addressed to the relevant embassy, consulate, or institutional authority as specified by the applicant. Attendees are advised to submit their requests as early as possible to allow sufficient time for visa processing and travel arrangements prior to the 2027 conference dates.
Please note that while the conference secretariat is pleased to provide official documentation supporting your travel application, the issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. Immigration decisions rest exclusively with the Government of Canada and its authorized consular officers. Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
