Invitation Letter Support
The organising committee of the 22nd International Conference on Advertising and Marketing Communications is pleased to provide official invitation letters to registered delegates who require documentation for travel or institutional purposes. Invitation letters include key conference details such as the event dates, venue location in Oakville, Canada, the delegate’s name and registration status, and the official conference title. These documents are intended to support delegates in obtaining institutional approval for travel funding, presenting proof of professional engagement to their organisations, or fulfilling administrative requirements related to international conference attendance.

Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant government bodies, and delegates are strongly encouraged to begin their visa application process as early as possible and to consult the official Canadian immigration website for the most accurate and up-to-date requirements.
