Upon successful registration for the 21st International Conference on Women in Business and Leadership, delegates may request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This document is issued on conference letterhead and confirms your acceptance as a registered participant, providing the foundational documentation often required by employers, funding bodies, and university research offices to authorise travel and secure financial support.
To request your invitation letter, please complete the designated form through the official conference portal following payment confirmation. The secretariat endeavours to issue letters within three to five business days of receiving a complete request. Delegates are advised to retain their registration confirmation number, as it will be required to verify your participant status throughout the process.
Please be advised that the official invitation letter issued by the conference organisers is provided solely as documentation of your registration and participation in the event. The issuance of this letter does not guarantee, imply, or constitute approval of a visa or entry permit to Canada. All visa and immigration decisions rest exclusively with the relevant Canadian government authorities, and delegates are solely responsible for initiating and managing their own visa applications in accordance with applicable regulations and timelines.

Paper and Abstract Submission

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
