Invitation Letter Support
ICMLAI 2027 recognizes that many international participants require official documentation to support their travel arrangements, and as such, the conference organizing committee is pleased to provide formal invitation letters to registered attendees upon request. These letters confirm your accepted participation status, detail the conference dates and Toronto venue, and may be used to support applications for travel grants, institutional funding, or other administrative requirements.
To request an invitation letter, attendees must first complete their conference registration and, where applicable, receive notification of paper acceptance. Once registration is confirmed, the letters are typically issued within five to seven business days and will include all relevant conference details, the registrant’s full name, and the official conference branding required by most institutions and funding bodies.
It is important to note that while the ICMLAI 2027 organizing committee will issue an official invitation letter upon request, the issuance of this letter does not guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permit to Canada. All visa-related decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities, and applicants are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates to allow sufficient processing time.
Terms & Conditions
- Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.
- Please make your own arrangements for visa (if applicable), accommodation and transportation.
- After verifying your successful payment, a regular invitation letter will be sent within 3 business days.
- Changes due to spelling or minor mistakes in the invitation letter will cost US$50.
- Invitation letter will not be provided for the Domestic Listener (Early Bird) ticket category.
Disclaimer
- ICMLAI 2027 is structured as a multidisciplinary forum; while the central focus is machine learning and artificial intelligence, contributions spanning adjacent fields such as statistics, cognitive science, robotics, and computational social science are welcomed, reflecting the inherently cross-disciplinary nature of modern AI research.
- Submission of an abstract or full paper to ICMLAI 2027 does not constitute confirmed attendance at the conference. Authors and participants are required to complete the formal registration process and ensure payment is finalized by the stated deadlines to secure their place at the event.
- The conference program is organized across multiple concurrent and sequential sessions; attendees should be aware that it may not be possible to attend every presentation or workshop due to scheduling constraints, and the organizers reserve the right to adjust the program timetable as necessary prior to or during the event.
