Upon successful registration and full payment confirmation, the conference secretariat is pleased to issue an official invitation letter to delegates requiring documentation for travel planning purposes. This letter clearly identifies the conference title, edition, dates, location in Toronto, Canada, and the registrant’s confirmed role — whether as a presenter, co-author, or attending delegate — and is dispatched promptly to support timely travel arrangements.
The invitation letter is provided exclusively as a professional courtesy to assist registered participants in communicating their academic or professional purpose of travel to relevant authorities and institutions. Requests must be submitted through the official conference portal, accompanied by your registration confirmation number, and the secretariat aims to process all letter requests within five business days of receipt.
Please be advised that the issuance of an official conference invitation letter does not constitute a guarantee, assurance, or warranty of visa approval by any government authority.
