To request an invitation letter, participants must first complete their registration and payment in full. Requests are typically processed within three to five business days of confirmed registration receipt.

- Submissions must be written in English.

Every submission to ICITCS 2027 undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review process, with each manuscript evaluated by a minimum of two independent experts drawn from the conference’s international technical program committee.
