Invitation letters are issued exclusively to individuals who have completed a valid registration and, where applicable, submitted an accepted abstract or paper. Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the official conference portal, and the secretariat endeavors to process and dispatch all requests in a timely manner to accommodate varying institutional and consular timelines.
It is important to note that while the conference secretariat is glad to provide official invitation letters as a courtesy to registered attendees, the issuance of such a letter does not in any way guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permit to Canada. All visa applications remain subject to the sole discretion of the relevant immigration authorities, and participants are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa processes well in advance of the conference dates.
