- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration, the organizing committee of the 21st International Conference on African Culture and Sociology is pleased to provide official invitation letters to participants who require documentation for travel or institutional approval purposes. These letters are issued promptly and confirm the delegate’s acceptance, registration status, and the dates and location of the conference in Toronto, Canada.
Invitation letters are tailored to the individual participant and can include details such as presentation role, session participation, and any other relevant conference involvement. Delegates are encouraged to request their letter as early as possible to allow sufficient time for institutional or administrative processes, and the secretariat remains available to assist with any supplementary documentation needs.
Please note that while the conference secretariat is committed to supporting delegates through the invitation letter process, the issuance of this document does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. All visa and travel authorization decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration and border control authorities, and delegates are strongly advised to consult the official Canadian immigration resources and apply for any required documentation well in advance of the conference dates.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 21st edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Oral traditions and cultural memory, African philosophy and ethical systems or Religion, ritual, and social cohesion.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
