Upon successful registration, the organizing committee of the 21st International Conference on African Culture and Sociology is pleased to provide official invitation letters to participants who require documentation for travel or institutional approval purposes. These letters are issued promptly and confirm the delegate’s acceptance, registration status, and the dates and location of the conference in Toronto, Canada.
Invitation letters are tailored to the individual participant and can include details such as presentation role, session participation, and any other relevant conference involvement. Delegates are encouraged to request their letter as early as possible to allow sufficient time for institutional or administrative processes, and the secretariat remains available to assist with any supplementary documentation needs.
Please note that while the conference secretariat is committed to supporting delegates through the invitation letter process, the issuance of this document does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
