Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the official conference portal, and letters are typically processed within five business days of a complete registration record.
Please note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permit to Canada. Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
