Upon successful registration and payment confirmation, delegates to the 21st International Conference on Accounting and Financial Management may request an official invitation letter issued by the conference organizing committee. The invitation letter is generated promptly following the verification of your registration and is addressed to the relevant embassy or consulate as required. Delegates are advised to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates, as processing times vary significantly across countries and consular offices. The organizing committee is available to provide supplementary documentation where permissible to support your application.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference committee does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry into Canada. All decisions regarding visa issuance, travel authorization, and border entry rest exclusively with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and relevant consular authorities.
