- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon completing your registration for the 20th International Conference on Women in Business and Leadership in Mississauga, 2026, the organizing secretariat can issue an official invitation letter confirming your participation. This document is prepared on conference letterhead and includes your name, affiliation, presentation details where applicable, and the dates and venue of the event, serving as formal evidence of your acceptance into the program.
Invitation letters are typically dispatched within three to five business days of verified registration and full payment. Delegates are encouraged to apply for their letters well in advance of any visa application deadlines, as processing times at embassies and consulates can vary considerably depending on the applicant’s country of residence. Our team remains available to address queries about the letter.
Please be advised that the issuance of an invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization by Canadian immigration authorities or any other relevant government body. The decision to grant entry rests solely with the appropriate authorities, and the conference assumes no responsibility for outcomes related to visa applications.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 20th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Inclusive Workplace Culture and Performance, Women-Owned Business Development or Women in Innovation and Digital Business.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
