Upon completing your registration for the 20th International Conference on Women in Business and Leadership in Mississauga, 2026, the organizing secretariat can issue an official invitation letter confirming your participation. This document is prepared on conference letterhead and includes your name, affiliation, presentation details where applicable, and the dates and venue of the event, serving as formal evidence of your acceptance into the program.
Invitation letters are typically dispatched within five to seven business days of verified registration and full payment. Delegates are encouraged to apply for their letters well in advance of any visa application deadlines, as processing times at embassies and consulates can vary considerably depending on the applicant’s country of residence. Our team remains available to address queries or provide supplementary documentation where reasonably possible.
Please be advised that the issuance of an invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization by Canadian immigration authorities or any other relevant government body.
