To request an invitation letter, delegates should complete their registration and payment in full, then submit the invitation letter request form available through the conference portal. The secretariat endeavors to dispatch letters promptly, typically within five business days of receiving a completed request, ensuring delegates have sufficient time to meet any internal or external administrative deadlines.
It is important to note that the invitation letter issued by the conference organization is solely intended to support a delegate’s institutional or administrative processes and does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of visa approval.
