These letters are issued by the conference secretariat and confirm your accepted role — whether as a presenter, session chair, or registered delegate — along with the event dates and location in Markham, Canada.
To process your invitation letter request promptly, please ensure that your registration is fully confirmed and that any associated fees have been settled. Requests should be submitted through the designated form on the official conference portal, and letters are typically dispatched within five to seven business days. Authors of accepted papers should also include their paper ID when making the request to enable accurate documentation.
Please note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by ICMLAI 2027 does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by any government authority. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration body of the destination country, and applicants are strongly encouraged to begin their visa application process well in advance of the conference dates to allow sufficient processing time.

Call for Papers – 20th International Conference on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research contributions that advance knowledge across the full spectrum of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
