Upon successful registration, the conference secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation letters to delegates who require documentation for travel planning, institutional approval, or funding applications. These letters are issued on conference letterhead and confirm your registration status, presentation details where applicable, and the dates and location of the event in Toronto, Canada.

To request an invitation letter, delegates must first complete their registration and payment in full through the official conference portal. Requests are typically processed within three to five business days, and the letter will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of registration. Delegates are encouraged to apply well in advance of any institutional or embassy deadlines.

  • Submissions must be written in English.

  • Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
  • Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
