Invitation Letter Support
To support the international nature of ICMLAI 2027, the conference secretariat provides official invitation letters to registered participants who require documentation for travel or institutional approval purposes. These letters confirm your registration status, the dates and location of the conference in Toronto, Canada, and the title of any accepted submission associated with your registration. Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the participant portal after full registration is completed.
Invitation letters are issued solely for the purpose of facilitating academic travel and should be used in accordance with the policies of the requesting participant’s institution or funding body. The letter will be issued on official conference letterhead and signed by the organizing committee. Participants are advised to request their letters well in advance of any visa application deadlines to allow adequate processing time.
Please note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the ICMLAI 2027 organizing committee does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration authorities, and the conference organizers have no influence over those outcomes. Peer Review Details
Every manuscript submitted to ICMLAI 2027 undergoes a double-blind peer review conducted by a minimum of three domain experts drawn from the conference’s international technical program committee. Reviewers evaluate submissions on the basis of technical rigor, originality of contribution, clarity of exposition, and relevance to the conference’s scope before acceptance decisions are finalized by the program chairs.
