These letters are issued exclusively to individuals who have successfully registered for the conference and, where applicable, had their paper or abstract formally accepted through the review process.
An invitation letter serves as an official document confirming your participation in the conference and may be used to support applications for travel grants, institutional funding approval, or academic leave. Each letter is personalized with the delegate’s name, affiliation, paper title where relevant, and confirmed conference dates and venue in Ajax, Canada. Requests should be submitted through the conference secretariat following completion of registration.
It is important to note that while the organizing committee is committed to facilitating your participation in every way possible, the issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities, and delegates are strongly advised to begin their visa application process well in advance of the conference dates, ensuring all required documentation is submitted to the appropriate consulate or embassy.

The 19th International Conference on Human Resource Management warmly invites scholars, practitioners, and interdisciplinary researchers to submit original papers that push the boundaries of contemporary HR knowledge and challenge conventional workforce assumptions.
