Invitation letters are generated exclusively for individuals who have completed a verified registration and, where applicable, had their paper or abstract accepted through the formal review process. Requests should be submitted through the designated portal on the conference website, and the secretariat aims to dispatch letters promptly so that attendees have ample time to complete any necessary administrative procedures before departing for Markham.
Please note that while the conference secretariat will make every effort to furnish accurate and comprehensive invitation documentation, the issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration authorities, and applicants are encouraged to consult the official Government of Canada immigration resources and apply well in advance of the event date.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 19th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Fiscal Sustainability and Public Expenditure, Economic Development and Inclusive Growth or Education Investment and Economic Returns.
