Invitation Letter Support
To support your participation in the 19th International Conference on Advertising and Marketing Communications, the organizing committee can issue an official invitation letter upon request. This document confirms your acceptance status and details the conference dates, venue in Toronto, Canada, and the nature of your contribution — whether as a presenting author, co-author, or registered delegate.
Requesting an invitation letter is straightforward: once your registration payment has been confirmed or your abstract accepted, simply submit a formal request through the conference portal, including your full name, institutional affiliation, passport details if required, and the purpose of the letter. The secretariat typically processes requests within five to seven business days, ensuring you have adequate time to initiate any necessary travel arrangements.
Please be aware that while the organizing committee is pleased to provide this official documentation to support your travel planning, the issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by any government authority. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration body of the destination country, and applicants are advised to apply well in advance and comply fully with all requirements of the Canadian immigration process.
