Delegates requiring customized content for institutional travel grant applications or employer approval processes may submit specific requests through the official conference portal, and the administrative team will respond within a reasonable processing timeframe.
It is important for all applicants to understand that the issuance of an official conference invitation letter is a professional courtesy extended by the organizing committee to support your travel preparations and does not, under any circumstances, constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada; all visa and immigration decisions rest solely with the relevant governmental and border authorities of Canada, and delegates are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.
