Invitation Letter Support

Upon successful registration, delegates may request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat to support their travel arrangements and institutional approval processes. The letter will be issued on official conference letterhead and will confirm the delegate’s acceptance, presentation role where applicable, and the dates and location of the event in Pickering, Canada.

Invitation letters are typically processed within three to five business days of receipt of full payment and completed registration details.
