Invitation Letter Support
The 18th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science is pleased to provide official invitation letters to registered participants who require documentation for travel planning, institutional approval, or administrative purposes. These letters are issued promptly upon confirmation of registration and, where applicable, acceptance of a submitted paper, enabling participants to begin their travel arrangements without unnecessary delay.
Invitation letters are issued on official conference letterhead and include all pertinent event details — including the conference title, dates, and Markham venue information — as well as the individual participant’s name and registration status. Authors may additionally request that their accepted paper title be referenced within the letter to satisfy institutional grant or sponsorship reporting requirements.
It is important to note that an invitation letter issued by the 18th ICITCS serves solely as confirmation of conference participation and does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration authorities, and participants are strongly advised to initiate their visa applications well in advance and to consult the official requirements of the appropriate consulate or embassy.

Call for Papers – 18th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science
Researchers and practitioners with original, unpublished contributions are invited to submit their work to the 18th ICITCS and place their findings before a global audience of computing experts. The program committee welcomes submissions spanning both foundational computer science and applied information technology, with particular enthusiasm for work that challenges existing assumptions or opens new investigative directions.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
Every submission to the 18th ICITCS undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review conducted by at least two qualified members of the international program committee, ensuring impartial evaluation based solely on scientific merit, originality, and clarity.
