To support your participation planning, the organizing committee of the 17th International Conference on Women in Business and Leadership can issue an official invitation letter upon request following successful registration. This letter confirms your status as a registered delegate or accepted presenter and is intended to assist you in communicating your professional purpose of travel to relevant institutional bodies, employers, or sponsors.
Invitation letters are prepared using the information provided during the registration process and will reflect your name, affiliation, registration category, and the conference details. Requests should be submitted through the official conference secretariat, and delegates are encouraged to apply well in advance of any internal deadlines they may face for travel approval or funding applications.
Please be aware that while the conference invitation letter serves as a formal document attesting to your registration and participation, it does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit to Canada. Visa decisions rest solely with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and the relevant consular authorities. Delegates requiring a visa are strongly encouraged to consult the official Canadian government immigration resources and begin their application process as early as possible.

The 17th International Conference on Women in Business and Leadership warmly invites scholars, practitioners, and experts to submit original contributions that add to what we know about women’s roles in shaping business and society. Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 17th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Inclusive Leadership and Organizational Change, Gender Bias and Workplace Discrimination or Policies for Women’s Economic Participation.
