Once your registration and payment have been successfully processed, you may formally request an invitation letter through the conference secretariat, which will confirm your acceptance as a delegate or presenter.
The invitation letter is issued on official conference letterhead and includes your name, registration category, the conference title, and the event location in Toronto, Canada. This document is intended solely to assist attendees in making travel and accommodation arrangements and to support any administrative processes they may need to complete prior to attending.
Please be advised that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not guarantee visa approval, entry into Canada, or any immigration outcome. All visa and travel authorization decisions rest exclusively with the relevant governmental and border authorities, and applicants are encouraged to initiate visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.

Call for Papers – 17th International Conference on Strategic Management and Planning
Scholars, practitioners, and independent researchers are warmly invited to submit original contributions that interrogate, challenge, or extend the boundaries of strategic management and planning knowledge. The 17th edition welcomes full papers, work-in-progress studies, and case-based analyses that speak to the conference’s multidisciplinary and globally oriented agenda.
Accepted work will be published in the official conference proceedings and presented during the event in Toronto, Canada.
