Call for Papers – 17th International Conference on Leadership and Change Management
The 17th edition invites original research submissions that challenge conventional wisdom and advance the frontiers of leadership and change management scholarship. Paper and Abstract Submission

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
Every full paper and extended abstract submitted to the 17th International Conference on Leadership and Change Management undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review process, evaluated by at least two independent members of the international scientific committee. Reviewers assess submissions on the basis of originality, methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, and relevance to the conference’s core themes before acceptance decisions are communicated to authors.

The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
