- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
To support your participation in the 17th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science, the conference secretariat can issue an official invitation letter upon request. Requests should be submitted promptly after registration, along with any required personal details.
The invitation letter will be issued on official conference letterhead and will include relevant details such as conference dates, venue information, and the applicant’s registration status. Authors who have had papers accepted are encouraged to include their acceptance notification alongside the invitation letter when preparing their visa application documents. All requests are processed in the order they are received, so early registration is strongly advised.
Please be advised that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizers does not guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permission by Canadian immigration authorities. The decision to approve or deny a visa application rests solely with the relevant government authority, and the conference bears no responsibility for any visa outcomes. - Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 17th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Database Design and Information Retrieval, User Experience and Interface Design or Responsible Computing and Technology Ethics.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.

The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
