To support international delegates in making the necessary travel arrangements, the conference secretariat issues official invitation letters to registered participants upon successful completion of the registration and payment process. These letters are formal documents that confirm your acceptance to present or attend the 17th International Conference on African Business and Technology in Toronto, Canada, and are intended to assist with institutional leave approvals, funding applications, and logistical planning.
Invitation letters are issued exclusively to individuals who have completed a valid registration and, where applicable, had their submitted work accepted through the review process. Requests are processed within a defined turnaround period following registration confirmation, and delegates are advised to initiate their travel planning well in advance of the conference dates to accommodate institutional and consular timelines.

Call for Papers – 17th International Conference on African Business and Technology
