ICMLAI 2027 provides official invitation letters to registered participants who require supporting documentation for travel arrangements or institutional approval. Once your registration and payment have been confirmed, you may request a personalized invitation letter through the conference portal, which will include your name, affiliation, paper or registration reference number, and the conference dates and venue in Markham, Canada.
These letters are issued solely to verified registrants and are intended to assist with travel planning, funding applications, and administrative processes at your home institution. The conference secretariat endeavors to dispatch invitation letters within five business days of a completed request, and duplicate or amended letters can be requested if your personal or institutional details change prior to the event.
Please note that an invitation letter from ICMLAI 2027 is a courtesy document provided to support your travel preparations and does not constitute a guarantee, commitment, or endorsement of visa approval. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant embassy or consulate and the immigration authorities of Canada; the conference organizers bear no responsibility for the outcome of any visa application.
