Upon successful registration for the 16th International Conference on Leadership and Change Management in Pickering, Canada, attendees may request an official invitation letter issued by the conference organizing committee. To receive your invitation letter, please ensure that your registration is fully completed and your payment has been confirmed. Call for Papers – 16th International Conference on Leadership and Change Management
The 16th ICLCM invites original submissions that push the boundaries of leadership science and change management scholarship. Researchers and practitioners are encouraged to present empirical studies, conceptual frameworks, and case-driven analyses that address the most pressing challenges facing leaders today.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Pickering, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 16th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Organizational Change and Development, Leadership Effectiveness and Performance or Change Implementation and Performance Measurement.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
