The secretariat aims to dispatch invitation letters within three to five business days of a verified request, ensuring participants have ample time to coordinate their travel to Toronto.
Each invitation letter is personalized and includes the delegate’s full name, institutional affiliation, confirmed role at the conference (presenter, attendee, or session chair), the event dates, and the official venue details. These letters are issued on conference letterhead and carry the signature of the organizing committee, making them suitable for submission to employers, funding bodies, or university travel offices.
It is important for all delegates to understand that an invitation letter issued by the conference organizing committee is a facilitative document only and does not constitute a guarantee, promise, or assurance of visa approval by Canadian immigration authorities or any other relevant government body.
