Invitation Letter Support
ICMLAI 2027 recognizes that international travel requires thorough documentation, and our organizing secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation letters to registered participants who require them for travel planning or institutional purposes. These letters are issued on conference letterhead and include details such as the event dates, Toronto venue information, the participant’s name, and their role — whether as a presenting author, co-author, or registered delegate. Requests can be submitted through the conference portal once registration and payment have been successfully completed.
Invitation letters are typically processed within five to seven business days of a completed request submission, and they are delivered electronically to the email address provided during registration. Participants are encouraged to verify their travel and visa timelines well in advance and to initiate the invitation letter request as early as possible to allow sufficient time for any supporting documentation their embassy or consulate may require. The conference team is available to answer questions about letter content but cannot intervene in consular or governmental processes.
It is important that all participants understand that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the ICMLAI 2027 organizing committee does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by Canadian immigration authorities or any other governmental body. Visa determinations are made exclusively by the relevant consulate or immigration authority based on individual applicant circumstances, and the conference assumes no responsibility for visa outcomes. Participants whose visa applications are unsuccessful are encouraged to review the conference’s registration refund policy for guidance.
Terms & Conditions
- Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.
- Please make your own arrangements for visa (if applicable), accommodation and transportation.
- After verifying your successful payment, a regular invitation letter will be sent within 3 business days.
- Changes due to spelling or minor mistakes in the invitation letter will cost US$50.

Disclaimer
- ICMLAI 2027 is designed as a multidisciplinary forum; while the primary focus is machine learning and artificial intelligence, submitted and accepted work may draw from adjacent fields including statistics, cognitive science, robotics, human-computer interaction, and computational social science — reflecting the inherently interdisciplinary nature of modern AI research
- Inclusion of a paper in the conference program and proceedings is contingent upon at least one author completing full registration and payment by the stated camera-ready deadline; failure to confirm attendance through completed registration may result in withdrawal of the paper from the official program without further notice
- Registered attendees are encouraged to plan participation across all scheduled sessions; however, the organizing committee reserves the right to modify session times, speaker assignments, or room allocations due to unforeseen logistical circumstances, and attendance at any specific session cannot be individually guaranteed in advance
