These letters are issued upon successful registration and, where applicable, acceptance of a submitted paper, confirming your role as a registered participant or presenter at the conference in Toronto, Canada.
Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the official conference portal after completing the registration process. The secretariat endeavors to process and dispatch letters promptly so that applicants have adequate time to compile their visa documentation, and the team is available to answer any procedural questions related to the letter’s content or format.
Please be aware that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the ICIBM 2026 organizing committee does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization. All visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration and consular authorities of Canada, and applicants are strongly advised to initiate their visa application well in advance through the appropriate official channels.
