Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants can request an invitation letter on MS International Conferences Inc. letterhead. It confirms your name, your registration and the conference date and city, and can support a visa application, a travel grant or an employer’s leave approval. A notarized letter is available as a paid extra.
An invitation letter supports a visa application but does not guarantee a visa. Apply as early as you can.

Call for Papers – 13th International Conference on Human Resource Management
The 13th International Conference on Human Resource Management invites abstracts and full papers on people management, from recruitment and learning to HR analytics and employee wellbeing. Empirical, conceptual, case-based and practice papers are all welcome.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 13th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Employee Learning and Development Systems, Employee Engagement and Retention Drivers or Employee Relations and Organizational Communication.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
Every submission is reviewed double-blind before acceptance. Reviewers look at originality, method, contribution and fit with the conference, and a decision usually takes about 10 working days. The full process is on our peer review page.
