Invitation Letter Support

To support the international participation that makes ICITCS such a vibrant scholarly event, the conference secretariat provides official invitation letters to registered attendees, accepted authors, and session chairs upon verified request. These letters are issued on conference letterhead and include pertinent details such as the event dates, venue location in Toronto, and the recipient’s role in the program.

Requesting an invitation letter is straightforward: once your registration payment has been confirmed or your paper acceptance notification has been issued, you may submit a formal request through the conference management portal. The secretariat typically processes requests within five to seven business days and delivers the letter electronically in PDF format, suitable for submission to embassy or consulate offices.

It is important to understand that an invitation letter issued by the ICITCS 2026 organizing committee serves solely as documentary evidence of your intended participation in an academic conference and does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval. All visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration authorities of the applicant’s destination country, and attendees are strongly advised to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.

Terms & Conditions

  • Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.
  • Please make your own arrangements for visa (if applicable), accommodation and transportation.
  • After verifying your successful payment, a regular invitation letter will be sent within 3 business days.
  • Changes due to spelling or minor mistakes in the invitation letter will cost US$50.
  • Invitation letter will not be provided for the Domestic Listener (Early Bird) ticket category.

Disclaimer

  • ICITCS 2026 is a multidisciplinary forum welcoming scholarly contributions from across the broad spectrum of information technology and computer science; acceptance of a paper does not imply endorsement of specific commercial products, proprietary platforms, or affiliated organizations referenced within submitted works.
  • Registration and payment confirmation constitute a commitment of attendance intent but do not automatically guarantee a physical seat at keynote sessions, workshops, or social events that may have limited capacity — early registration is strongly recommended to secure full program access.
  • While the conference program is designed to maximize participant engagement, the organizing committee cannot guarantee that every registered attendee will be admitted to every individual session simultaneously; room capacities, scheduling adjustments, and venue logistics may affect session access on the day of the event.
