Registration Fees
- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
To support international participation at ICITCS, the conference secretariat provides official invitation letters to registered attendees and accepted authors upon verified request. These letters are issued on conference letterhead and include pertinent details such as the event dates, venue location in Vaughan, and the recipient’s role in the program.
Requesting an invitation letter is straightforward: once your registration payment has been confirmed or your paper acceptance notification has been issued, you may submit a formal request through the conference management portal. The secretariat typically processes requests within three to five business days and delivers the letter electronically in PDF format, suitable for submission to embassy or consulate offices.
It is important to understand that an invitation letter issued by the ICITCS 2026 organizing committee serves solely as documentary evidence of your intended participation in an academic conference and does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval. All visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration authorities of the applicant’s destination country, and attendees are strongly advised to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.
Call for Papers – 12th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science
The 12th edition invites original, unpublished contributions that push the boundaries of knowledge in information technology and computer science, from theoretical explorations to empirical system evaluations. Submissions addressing emerging trends such as quantum computing, federated learning, edge intelligence, and trustworthy AI are especially encouraged.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Vaughan, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 12th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Computer Architecture and System Optimization, Computer Vision and Visual Intelligence or Ethical Computing and Data Privacy.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
