Requesting an invitation letter is straightforward: once your registration payment has been confirmed or your paper acceptance notification has been issued, you may submit a formal request through the conference management portal. The secretariat typically processes requests within five to seven business days and delivers the letter electronically in PDF format, suitable for submission to embassy or consulate offices.
It is important to understand that an invitation letter issued by the ICITCS 2026 organizing committee serves solely as documentary evidence of your intended participation in an academic conference and does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval.
