Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants who require documentation to support their travel planning may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This letter is issued exclusively to individuals who have completed their conference registration and, where applicable, submitted an accepted abstract or paper, confirming their active role in the event.
The invitation letter is prepared on official conference letterhead and includes the delegate’s full name, affiliated institution, the conference title, and the event dates and location in Toronto, Canada. Requests are typically processed within five to seven business days of registration confirmation, and delegates are encouraged to apply well in advance of any visa or travel authorization deadlines.
It is important that all delegates understand that the issuance of an invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permit by Canadian immigration authorities or any other relevant governmental body. The decision to approve or deny a visa application rests solely with the appropriate embassy, consulate, or immigration office, and the conference assumes no responsibility for outcomes related to visa processing.
