Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants who require official documentation to support their travel arrangements may request a formal invitation letter from the conference organizing committee. These letters are issued on official conference letterhead and contain relevant event details, including dates, venue location in Toronto, Canada, and the participant’s confirmed registration status, serving as credible supporting evidence for travel planning purposes.
To obtain an invitation letter, delegates must first complete their conference registration and provide accurate personal details as they appear on their travel documents. Requests are typically processed within five to seven business days, and the resulting letter will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with the registrant’s account. The organizing committee strongly advises participants to initiate this process well in advance of any visa application deadlines.
It is important that all applicants understand that the issuance of an official conference invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada in any form. The decision to grant a visa rests entirely with the relevant Canadian immigration and consular authorities, and the conference organizing committee holds no influence over such determinations. Delegates are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all immigration requirements applicable to their nationality prior to making travel arrangements.
