Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration and payment confirmation, the organizing committee of the 11th International Conference on Accounting and Financial Management is pleased to issue official invitation letters to registered delegates. These letters are prepared on conference letterhead and include your name, institutional affiliation, paper title (where applicable), conference dates, and the Oakville venue details, providing all the documentation typically required by embassies and consular offices to support your travel arrangements.
Invitation letters are dispatched electronically within a defined processing window following the verification of your registration. Delegates are encouraged to apply for their travel documents well in advance of the conference dates, taking into account the specific processing timelines of their respective consulates. The conference secretariat remains available to address any supplementary documentation queries throughout this process.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not, under any circumstances, guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit. Visa decisions rest solely with the immigration and consular authorities of Canada, and delegates are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable entry requirements.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 11th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Management Accounting for Strategic Planning, Forensic Accounting and Fraud Risk Management or Investment Planning and Portfolio Analysis.
