Invitation Letter Support
To support your travel planning and institutional approval processes, the organizing committee of the 11th International Conference on Medical and Health Science is pleased to provide official invitation letters to registered participants. Once your registration and payment are confirmed, you may formally request an invitation letter through the conference secretariat, which will reflect your name, affiliation, and scheduled participation role, whether as a presenter or delegate.
These letters are crafted to assist attendees in securing travel authorization, academic leave, and funding from sponsoring institutions or grant bodies. The conference secretariat strives to process all invitation letter requests promptly so that participants have ample time to complete their travel arrangements well in advance of the 2027 Toronto event.
It is important to note that while the organizing committee is pleased to issue official invitation letters upon request, the provision of such documentation does not guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permit by any government authority. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority of the destination country, and applicants are strongly advised to initiate their visa applications as early as possible and to follow all requirements stipulated by the appropriate Canadian immigration authorities.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 11th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Public Health Policy and Community Health, Healthcare Quality, Safety, and Patient Experience or Personalized Medicine and Molecular Diagnostics.
