Invitation Letter Support
Registered delegates of the 40th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science may request an official invitation letter to support their travel arrangements and institutional approval processes. This document is issued by the conference secretariat upon confirmation of a valid registration and, where applicable, an accepted paper or presentation slot, and it formally attests to the delegate’s role and scheduled participation in the Oshawa event.
To initiate your invitation letter request, please complete the designated form available through the delegate portal and allow up to five business days for processing. The letter will be issued on official conference letterhead and can be provided in digital or print-ready format; delegates requiring specific wording to satisfy employer, funding body, or embassy requirements should communicate those needs clearly at the time of submission.
Please note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities, and delegates are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates, following all requirements stipulated by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
Before You Register
- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.
