Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants of the 36th International Conference on African Culture and Sociology may formally request an official invitation letter to support their travel and visa application process. This letter is issued by the conference secretariat upon successful completion of registration and payment, and it confirms the individual’s accepted role as a presenter, attendee, or panelist at the Pickering event.
Invitation letters are prepared with the participant’s full name, institutional affiliation, registration details, and conference dates as provided during registration. Requests should be submitted through the designated portal on the conference website, and the secretariat endeavors to process and dispatch letters within five business days of receiving a complete and accurate application.
Please be advised that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permit by Canadian immigration authorities. All visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy or consulate, and applicants are encouraged to begin their visa process well in advance of the conference dates.

- Submissions must be written in English.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.

Peer Review Details
All full paper submissions to the 36th International Conference on African Culture and Sociology undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process, with each manuscript evaluated by a minimum of two independent reviewers drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee.
