Upon successful registration for the 36th International Conference on Cyber Security and Cloud Engineering, attendees may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This document confirms your accepted participation status and is intended to support administrative requirements such as institutional approvals, travel authorization, or funding applications from sponsoring organizations.
Invitation letters are issued exclusively to individuals who have completed the conference registration process and, where applicable, have had their submitted paper accepted through the peer-review process. Requests should be submitted through the designated portal on the conference website, and the secretariat endeavors to process all requests promptly to accommodate travel planning timelines for delegates arriving in Vaughan.
Please be advised that the official invitation letter issued by the ICSCCE 2027 organizing committee is a confirmation of conference participation only and does not in any way guarantee the issuance of a visa or entry permit to Canada. All visa applications are subject to the sole discretion of Canadian immigration authorities, and applicants are strongly encouraged to initiate the visa application process well in advance through the appropriate embassy or consulate.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

Every manuscript submitted to the 36th ICSCCE undergoes a double-blind peer-review process, with each paper evaluated by reviewers in the field.
