Registered delegates of the 47th International Conference on Supply Chain Management may formally request an official invitation letter to support their travel arrangements to Brampton, Canada. This document is issued by the conference secretariat upon successful completion of the registration and payment process, and it confirms your accepted status as a participant, speaker, or presenter at the event.
The invitation letter includes key conference details such as the event title, edition number, dates, and venue location, and is provided in a format recognized for official travel documentation purposes. Requests are typically processed within three to five business days and delivered electronically to the email address provided during registration. Delegates are encouraged to submit their requests well in advance of any visa application deadlines.
Please be advised that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the 47th ICSCM organizing committee does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by any national immigration authority. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy or consulate, and delegates are responsible for initiating their own applications in accordance with Canadian immigration requirements and the policies of their home country.
