To obtain your invitation letter, simply complete your registration and submit a formal request through the conference portal, including your full legal name as it appears on your passport, institutional affiliation, and country of residence. Letters are typically issued within five business days of a complete and verified request.
Please note that the issuance of an invitation letter by the conference organizers does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by Canadian immigration authorities. All visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant government bodies, and delegates are solely responsible for submitting their applications in a timely manner and meeting all entry requirements independently.
