To request an invitation letter, participants should submit their full name as it appears on their passport, institutional affiliation, country of residence, and registration confirmation number through the designated portal on the conference website. Letters are typically processed and dispatched within five business days of a complete and verified request, and they serve as supporting documentation for conference attendance.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the ICSCM 2027 organizing committee does not in any way guarantee the granting of a visa or travel authorization by Canadian immigration authorities.
