Invitation Letter Support
The organizing committee of the 43rd International Conference on Supply Chain Management is pleased to provide official invitation letters to registered delegates who require documentation for travel planning or institutional approval purposes. Requests may be submitted through the conference registration portal once full payment has been confirmed, and letters are typically dispatched within five business days.
Each invitation letter is individually prepared and includes the delegate’s name, institutional affiliation, conference dates, and the Brampton venue details. These documents are intended to support visa applications, employer reimbursement requests, and university leave approvals, and they are issued solely to individuals who have completed valid, confirmed registrations.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by Canadian immigration authorities or any other government body. Delegates are responsible for initiating their own visa applications in a timely manner and must comply fully with the requirements set by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
