Invitation Letter Support
Delegates who require official documentation to support their travel arrangements to Mississauga may request a personalized invitation letter from the ICSCM 2027 Secretariat. This letter is issued exclusively to individuals who have completed the full conference registration process and confirms their accepted role as a presenter, attendee, or session chair at the 40th edition of the conference.
The invitation letter includes relevant conference details such as the event dates, venue information, and the delegate’s registration status, providing immigration authorities and institutional travel offices with the context needed to evaluate your travel request. Letters are typically dispatched within five business days of a confirmed registration and can be issued in both digital and letterhead formats upon request.
Please note that while the ICSCM Secretariat is pleased to provide this supporting documentation, the issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization. All decisions regarding entry into Canada remain exclusively within the jurisdiction of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), and delegates are strongly encouraged to begin their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.
