Please note that while the conference secretariat will provide the most comprehensive invitation documentation possible to support your travel arrangements, the issuance of an invitation letter does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by Canadian immigration authorities or any other relevant government body. Visa decisions rest solely with the appropriate consular or immigration offices, and applicants are strongly encouraged to begin their visa application process well in advance of the conference dates.
