To request your personalized invitation letter, participants must first finalize their registration and, where applicable, ensure that any accepted abstract or paper submission has been confirmed. The secretariat processes these requests promptly and will provide a signed, institution-letterheaded document suitable for submission to travel agencies, employers, or funding bodies requiring proof of conference participation.
It is important to note that the invitation letter issued by the conference organizing committee serves solely as documentation of your registration and intended participation. It does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or assurance of visa approval by Canadian immigration authorities or any other government body, and applicants must independently satisfy all visa requirements set by the relevant embassy or consulate.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
