Upon completing your registration for the 46th International Conference on African Business and Technology, the conference secretariat can issue an official invitation letter on conference letterhead confirming your participation status, presentation role, and the dates and location of the event in Brampton, Canada. This document is intended to support your travel planning and to formally acknowledge your involvement in the conference program.
To request an invitation letter, participants must have finalized their registration and, where applicable, received confirmation of an accepted paper or session contribution. The letter will include all standard details required by most embassies and consular offices, such as the conference title, venue information, and the registrant’s full name as provided during the registration process. Requests are typically processed within five business days of receipt.
Please be advised that the issuance of an official conference invitation letter is a courtesy service provided to registered participants to assist with travel documentation and does not, under any circumstances, constitute a guarantee of visa approval. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration and consular authorities of Canada, and applicants are solely responsible for meeting all entry requirements. Submission Guidelines
